Only do this if you are on a call with the service desk and were asked to.

Then

Open the file. There is nothing to install and it needs no admin rights.
It shows Your ID and a password. Read both to the service desk.
When they connect you are asked to accept. Nothing is shared until you do.
Close the window when you are finished. Nothing stays on your computer.

Nobody from Luxaviation IT will ever ring out of the blue and ask you to do this. If you were not expecting this call, stop and contact helpdesk@luxaviation.com. Sessions are recorded against your support ticket.
